1. Booking Policy

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Full payment must be completed before the safari begins.

• Gorilla and chimpanzee permits require advance payment and are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Refunds depend on the time of cancellation and third-party policies.

• No refunds for missed services or last-minute cancellations.

3. Health & Safety Policy

• Clients must ensure they are medically fit for safaris and treks.

• Required vaccinations (e.g., yellow fever) and preventive medications (e.g., malaria) are the traveler’s responsibility.

• We prioritize safety and follow all park regulations and government health guidelines.

4. Travel Insurance Policy

• Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory.

• Insurance must cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and lost property.

5. Child Policy

• Children are welcome on our safaris.

• Age restrictions may apply for certain activities (e.g., gorilla trekking requires a minimum age of 15 years).
